Thai salad

Martinus has been making these Thai salads for us lately. They're inspired by a recipe for squid salad in one of our recipe books. There's the salad part and then a cooked part with a Thai sauce. You eat them together and when the flavours mix it tastes even better. He's made this with soy cubes, tofu, mushrooms and potatoes. There's usually green mango in the salad. We used to have it with rice too, but we realised there's just too much food then.


These mushrooms were amazing.
